Deptford Lounge, London, SE8 4RJ

Guest Speakers:

  • Stella Duffy, Fun Palaces
  • Marina Sacco, Battersea Arts Centre
  • Mark Durkan, International Larp Organiser

Join us for a free one-day seminar to explore ways of designing and delivering creative activities to engage with audiences and participants across different socio-economic demographics. Throughout the day, we will look at case studies and examine best practice approaches to planning, promotion and facilitation to ensure that barriers to participation are reduced.

The event will draw on some of the publications from the European BRIDGING project including the international survey report and the Inter-Social compendium. Grassroots examples of cultural commoning will also be discussed, drawing on the recent collection of essays published by Voluntary Arts in 'Making Common Cause'.

This course is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union as part of the two-year BRIDGING project involving partner organisations in seven European countries.
