Hera (Healing, Expressive and Recovery Arts) is a year-round arts programme for patients at a very busy GP practice in central Brighton & Hove, offering singing, drama, visual arts, photography, creative writing and dance. We remain the only programme in the UK (as far as we know) offering this participatory work within the GP practice, where people tell us it is most accessible for them. Our oldest participant is over 90, and a regular!

We are having a launch party, open to all, on Friday 3rd May from 7pm - 9pm, to showcase the latest work from Hera.
We will then be open every Saturday and Sunday in May as part of the AOH 'Brunswick Trail', and from Monday 13th May to Friday 19th May we will be holding evening talks at 7pm on a range of topics linking creativity and wellbeing.

See the Hera website for more information.
