Suitable for beginners and those either returning or with a current yoga practice. Each class consists of static postures and short flowing sequences. This creates an ebb and flow of movement that will support beginners in their understanding of alignment and offer more experienced practitioners the chance to ‘dig deeper’ or approach postures more playfully.

With a fresh focus each week, participants will grow in confidence as they become physically in tune with the practice.
