The Arts Marketing Association is a membership organisation that exists to help the arts, culture and heritage sectors make better connections with the public. The AMA is looking for a Head of Programme, responsible for all aspects of our content strategy and programme.

Working with the CEO as part of the senior management team you will help shape the AMA. Whether you’re generating programme ideas, gaining insight from our members, briefing speakers or chairing meetings you will bring a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and great networking skills to your work.

You will have a deep understanding of marketing, be open to new ideas, and constantly on the lookout for emerging marketing techniques, technologies theories and insights to share with others.

This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week), with some capacity for home/remote working, but based at least 3 days per week at the AMA’s offices in Cambridge. We welcome applications for job sharing.

Salary £35,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
First interviews in Cambridge on Tuesday 17th January
AMA may hold second interviews and the provisional date for these are Tuesday 24th January.
