Art Fund is offering a series of small project grants to help museums, galleries and visual arts organisations act on good ideas and test new ways of working that will benefit their audiences.

Grants can support project proposals, activity and outcomes that align with one or more of the four strands of Art Fund's programme:

• Building collections;
• Shaping futures;
• Reaching audiences;
• Making connections.

Up to £10,000 will be available for each successful application.

Who should apply

UK public museums, galleries, historic houses, libraries and archives that have spaces for the public to visit and enjoy collections. This could be a dedicated exhibition space, or an active audience events programme.

The following organisations that are registered for public interest can apply:

• Charities
• Community Incorporated Organisations (CIO)
• Community Interest Companies (CIC)
• Charitable Community Benefit Societies
