Art Fund is the national fundraising charity for art. It helps museums buy works of art, supports curatorial projects of many kinds and encourage people to see and enjoy art in public collections across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team and work on the production and editorial of Art Fund’s Art Quarterly magazine, which inspires more people to see more art, communicates the importance and impact of its charitable programmes, and empowers its 122,000 members and readers.

The successful candidate will be a skilled writer and copy editor, able to produce a wide range of inspiring and engaging content for a diverse range of audiences, including art lovers, National Art Pass holders, museum professionals, students and donors. They will have proven experience of managing print production processes and use this for Art Quarterly, as well as an excellent understanding of picture research and clearing images for use.

They will be thoroughly involved in all aspects of Art Fund’s work and be a key contact for stakeholders, including staff from each department, partners and external writers, designers, agencies and suppliers. They will also work closely with other members of the Communications team to support and populate an integrated content plan of news, editorial, film and other rich content and digital assets for its two million web visitors.

Salary: c.£25k per annum
