Voluntary Arts Scotland is looking for a part-time Digital and Events Assistant to join the team - this position is part of the Community Jobs Scotland scheme, supported by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and Scottish Government.

Voluntary Arts Scotland's core work includes providing information and advice to individuals, local groups and art-form umbrella bodies via training events, publications and an extensive website, in addition to working with local authorities and government agencies to ensure the voluntary arts are represented to policy makers.

The Digital and Events Assistant will be responsible for:

  • helping draft and schedule social media content
  • communication with arts groups and umbrella body networks
  • updating data sets researching feature articles for our newsletter
  • helping to collate equalities and event feedback evaluation
  • other administrative tasks as required
