Communities up and down the country are invited to come together and take part in 'The Great Get Together' on the weekend of 22-24 June in memory of Jo Cox.

This initiative was set up by Jo's friends and family, on what would have been her 44th birthday, and takes inspiration from Jo's passion for community cohesion -

"We are far more united and have far more in common than that which divides us." - Exert from Jo's first speech to parliament.

Find a Get Together near you on the interactive map or organise your own community even - this could be a great opportunity to partner with other creative groups working locally to showcase your creativity and invite more people to join you!

The Great Get Together website has a useful 'How to' section, which includes guidance on how to organise a 'Get Together' and links to resources such as invites, posters and logos that can help you spread the word about your event.
