Deadline: Monday 16 December 2019

Managed by Impact Funding Partners, on behalf of Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership, the Wellbeing for Longer in Glasgow Festive Fund 2019 has £56,000 to distribute to local organisations who will support people who may be isolated over the festive period.

Four set amounts can be applied for: £500, £1,000, £1,500 or £2,000.

The fund is available to organisations who are already supporting the residents of Glasgow City and priority will be given to those working with individuals most at risk of social isolation and loneliness (e.g. older people, carers, minority ethnic people, disabled people, homeless people, lone parents, adults with additional support needs and people with long term health conditions).

Eligible activities must take place between 9 December 2019 and 10 January 2020. The activities funded must be in addition to what you are already delivering, enabling you to reach and support more individuals at risk from social isolation over this period.

Eligible costs include: staffing, volunteers, venue hire, transport, activities, trips, food.
